All healing starts from the inside and is an ongoing process of unlearning most of what you have been taught about health, nutrition, and lifestyle and cultivating a relationship with your heart and all-knowing divine nature.

Mystical and heart-opening experiences have shaped my path, leading me to remember that we are all co-creators of our own reality.
