Session and Workshop – Terms & Policy

 

REGISTRATION

 

Registration is only confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant. You agree to the terms below when you receive the invoice to pay for the workshop or private session.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

 

Please pay the total fee according to the invoice that you will receive from Doni Amoris send to you by Email. Payments shall be completed on receipt of the invoice and must be completed before the date of the scheduled session or workshop. 

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND

 

We understand that life happens and we will try to re-schedule your session, if possible. Please contact Doni Amoris as soon as possible by email in the case of an emergency cancellation.

 

In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.

 

If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop/session, the following will apply:

 

  • The registered participant may re-schedule their session

  • The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop/session (in which they are registered) at no charge

  • There are no refunds for private sessions after payment 

  • If it is not possible to re-schedule a participant to another workshop, the registered participant may be offered to do a private session instead
