Terms & Policy

REGISTRATION

Registration is only confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant. You agree to the terms below when you receive the invoice to pay for the workshop or private session.

PAYMENT TERMS

Please pay the total fee according to the invoice that you will receive from Doni Amoris send to you by Email. Payments shall be completed on receipt of the invoice and must be completed before the date of the scheduled session or workshop.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

We understand that life happens and we will try to re-schedule your session, if possible. Please contact Doni Amoris as soon as possible by email in the case of an emergency cancellation.

In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.

If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop/session, the following will apply:

The registered participant may re-schedule their private session
If re-scheduling is not possible due to the nature of the workshop, participant may be offered to watch the recording within 7 days from the original broadcast
The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop/session (in which they are registered) at no charge
There are no refunds for private sessions, workshops, or ceremonies once they have been completed
Participants can cancel their reservation 15 days in advance ($50 processing fee applies.) 14 days or less before the workshop, a 50% refund applies.

SOUL IMAGE Copyright

You agree not to print, copy, change or sell the Soul Image. Copyright remains with the artist. All rights reserved. We retain the right share the Soul Image and its amazing energy with other people in print and online. Should you wish to receive additional prints of the Soul Image, please contact Doni Amoris. If wish to use the Soul Image on business cards, flyers etc., please contact us to receive a written permission to use the Soul Image for print publication.

The digital Soul Image can be displayed on your devices such as computers and mobile phones. Sharing the Soul Image on social media, your blog, or website is encouraged, but please include artist credits, such as name “Doni Amoris” and website “www.doniamoris.com”.

Soul Image Print

There will be a slight difference in color between the digital Soul Image and the printed version on photographic paper. This is due to the nature of the printing process and that each device or computer screen displays colors differently.

Slight changes in color do not reduce the value or energy of your Soul Image print. Doni Amoris will bless your print. All sales are final. Should your Soul Image print arrive damaged due to shipping accidents, please contact us.

Illumination Scarf

There will be a slight difference in color between the digital Soul Image and the printed Illumination Scarf on fabric. This is due to the nature of the printing process and because of the fabric texture.

The fabric of your scarf may have unique irregularities. Slight changes in color and minimal fabric irregularities do not reduce the value or energy of your Illumination Scarf. They are in fact part of the reason why your scarf is unique and hand-made.

Doni Amoris carefully checks your scarf and blesses it before he sends it to you. All sales are final. Should your scarf arrive damaged due to shipping accidents, please contact us.

The terms and conditions on this page are accepted and acknowledged by the client once the initial payment for the workshop, sessions, etc. has been processed.
